JOB CREATION REQUIREMENTOur Regional Center designation allows our EB5 Visa Investors to comply with job creation requirements partially with indirect jobs. INVESTMENT VARIETY; A BUSINESS "DEPARTMENT STORE"You choose the business in which you want to invest. You can invest in something you have already selected, work through brokers that may be able to find the type of business in which you have an interest, or you can select from businesses we may have available through our "Business Affiliates". You can choose to own 100% of a business and operate it yourself, or hire local managers to operate it for you, or merely invest in a business. (See "How To Invest" page for further information). REQUIRED ACTIVITY IN THE BUSINESSAn EB5 investor is required to be "actively involved" in the business. The investor can satisfy this by owning 100% of the business and operating it, or being a partner in the business and be involved in the management or being a limited partner or shareholder and being involved in setting policy. REGIONAL CENTER INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY
