There are 3 business types that are permissable EB5 investments:

  1. a "New business".
  2. a Troubled Business.
  3. An Expanding Business.

If you fall into one of the above categories, and if you are interested in your business participating in the EB5 Visa program through our Regional Center, you can apply to become a "Business Affiliate".

The 1st step is to send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and put the following in the "Subject" box: "Business funding". Please Include the following information:

  1. your name, phone and email address;
  2. the existing or proposed street address, city and county of the business;
  3. a brief summary of the business;
  4. initial funding needed (approximate - you can change this later in the process);
  5. additional funding anticipated (if any) - you can change this later in the process, too);
  6. number of full time jobs (35 hours or more per week) you can create within 2 years in the case of a new or expanding business, or, in the case of a troubled business how many such jobs exist now and will definitively be saved for at least 24 months.
